Director and Lead Clinician
Marcie is a distinguished figure in the field of mental health and occupational therapy, boasting over thirty years of unparalleled expertise. Her vast experience spans roles as an occupational therapist, psychological therapist, and team leader. Marcie's diverse background has seen her excel in various mental health settings, from community mental health and psychotherapy services to forensic and acute psychiatry. Notably, for the past 14 years, she has been one of the go-to consultants for top TV production companies. While she is officially registered to practice as Marcia J McLeod-Ferros, in the industry, she's simply known as the psych.

MIGUEL FERROS
Director of Operations
Miguel brings a rich tapestry of experience to his role as Director of Operations at PsyCoach. With a career spanning 25 years in film and television, Miguel has specialised in post-production and digital workflows. His deep-rooted expertise as a technologist and in production positions him uniquely to oversee operations, ensuring that PsyCoach's offerings are both innovative and efficient.

Psychological Therapist
Amanda is a highly experienced and accomplished mental health professional who has been providing psychological support, including fitness for inclusion assessments, on-location support, and professional consultation, to leading TV productions for over a decade. With over 30 years of experience working in mental health, she is a qualified mental health nurse, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) at MSc level, and a practising EMDR therapist. Amanda is extremely experienced in identifying and managing mental health conditions and disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, with a specialised focus on trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), having worked in the military and for a specialist NHS veteran mental health service. She ensures all her practice is evidence-based through regular professional development and clinical supervision.

Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Rachael is a clinical psychologist with a diverse background in mental health settings. She has worked with adults of all ages in community mental health, as well as children and young people in physical health settings. Her expertise extends to supporting children with additional needs, including autism spectrum condition and learning disabilities. Dr. Rachael has also been involved in fostering and adoption services, providing assistance to families navigating mental health challenges. In addition to her clinical work, she has successfully transferred her skills to TV production. Dr. Rachael's dedication to promoting psychological and mental wellbeing makes her a trusted clinician in both clinical and TV production settings.
STEPHANIE AMBROSIUS MA, MBACP, Relate Dipl.
Psychological Therapist
Stephanie has worked as a therapist in private relationship counselling services for Relate and London Couples Clinic. She has worked in medical settings such as the NHS and for the charities Place2be and the Shaw Trust. In her role as a psychological therapist at PsyCoach, Stephanie extends her expertise to support participants during filming and in aftercare. She conducts fitness for inclusion assessments and also undertakes on-screen therapy support. Stephanie employs an integrative counselling approach, utilising methodologies such as Psychodynamic, Systemic, CBT, NLP, and Mindfulness. She is committed to working in accordance with the BACP Ethical framework, ensuring her practice is guided by the highest professional standards.
